Artist Bio

Timecrawler 82 is an italian producer, creating Synthwave music, deeply inspired by Tangerine Dream, Jean-Michel Jarre, Vangelis, Giorgio Moroder, John Carpenter, Ennio Morricone, as well as 80s movies, design, video games, pop culture and fashion.

He was born in the late seventies but definitely raised in the eighties, where most of his inspirations reside.

He started playing keyboard as an autodidact at the age of 10. He then added to the pool of instruments guitar & bass guitar, and got into the local scene as a bassist for an independent rock cover band.

Around 2017, when his group disbanded, he got extremely fascinated with Synthwave. As a simple listener at first, this was a way for him to reconnect to his childhood memories and find the energy to jump into the neon scene.

Constantly striving to be a better and a more complete musician he also attended various online and offline courses to become a Mixing Engineer.

He is now collaborating with one of his best friends and “partner in crime”, Fabio Monti, in an online Mixing and Mastering service, Zero Headroom Studios. And he’s also back on track as a bassist for the rock cover band Fight for Fun.

If you like the music of FM84, Le Cassette, Gunship, or if you stumbled here after listening to the soundtracks of Kung Fury or Stranger Things, while playing Hotline: Miami on your favourite console, you’ll enjoy this music too.
